Turtle Bay is a Florida Condominium Association made up of 82 units divided into two buildings.  The 6 floor buildings share a fully landscaped site on Little Sarasota Bay that includes a boat dock, a fishing pier, three tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts, a beach launch for kayaks,  a swimming pool with hot tub, a clubhouse that includes an office with on-site management.  Each unit includes waterfront views, central HVAC, and a garage.
